THE DIRECTOR
Dr. Paul Levy became a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic in 1986 and the owner of Bridgeport Pain Control Center in 1989. Since then, Dr. Levy has provided chiropractic care and other services at this location.
CHIROPRACTIC CARE
Dr. Levy utilizes standard chiropractic techniques, traditional spinal realignment therapies, as well as a holistic approach by combining manual manipulation of joints, deep tissue body work, nutritional consulting, and other life consultation services. He routinely treats patients suffering from muscle and joint pains in the neck, back, and extremities. Because DCs have limited themselves to the care and treatment of the human body without the use of drugs or surgery, we often work in conjunction with medical practitioners.
MIND BODY CLASSES
Dr. Levy spent a decade of study with Jagna Schwartz and Stuart Perrin, the world's leading practitioner of Kundalini Meditation. Dr. Levy was designated a teacher in 1996 and has been instructing ever since.
Paul incorporates an ancient movement meditative technique called Qigong, as well as techniques from other traditions, therapeutic exercises and yoga into his practice sessions creating a unique approach, which he refers to as Stretch & Strengthen.
